At Aftercare Co., we understand that privacy and prompt delivery are your top priorities. We are committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and with total discretion.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and Western Australian public holidays).

  • Perth Local Orders: As we are based in Perth, local metro deliveries may often arrive sooner than interstate orders once dispatched.

  • Peak Periods: During high-volume periods (such as Christmas or Valentine's Day), processing times may be slightly extended. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

2. Discreet Packaging

Your privacy is our number one priority.

  • All items are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging (such as standard brown boxes or satchels).

  • There is no mention of "Adult Toys" or our full business name on the outside of the package.
