Your bank statement will not show "Aftercare Co." or any
reference to adult products. All transactions will appear as
"Shopify" to ensure your financial
privacy.

2. Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked cardboard boxes or
durable mailers.

  • No logos, branding, or product descriptions appear on the
    outside of the package.
  • The sender address will list a generic name (e.g., "AC
    Warehouse"
    ) to ensure no one—including your delivery
    driver or housemates—knows what is inside.

3. Data Protection

We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your data. We
do not sell your personal information to third parties. Our
2026-compliant age verification process ensures we only serve
customers 18+, protecting both our community and our brand integrity.

🔄 Terms of Service & Returns Policy

1. Hygiene & Health Regulations

Due to the intimate nature of our products and in compliance with
Australian Health & Safety regulations, Aftercare Co. does not
accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or
incorrect selections.

Once a product's security seal is broken or the packaging has been
opened, it is considered used and cannot be resold. We encourage all
customers to review product specifications and sizing guides
carefully before completing a purchase.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items (Australian Consumer
Law)

Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled
to a replacement or refund for a major failure.

  • Notification: If your item arrives with a mechanical
    fault or is damaged in transit, you must notify us at
    support@aftercareco.com.au within 14 days of delivery.
  • Evidence: You may be required to provide a photo or
    video of the fault.
  • Assessment: If the product is found to have a genuine
    manufacturing defect, Aftercare Co. will cover the cost of the
    return shipping and provide a replacement or a full refund.
  • Exclusions: This policy does not cover damage caused
    by misuse, improper charging (e.g., using a fast-charger not
    recommended for the device), or general wear and tear.

3. Age Verification

By using this site, you confirm you are at least 18 years of
age
. Aftercare Co. reserves the right to cancel any order if we
suspect the purchaser does not meet the legal age requirement.
